A fifth-generation Colorado native, Erin has either explored, skied, kayaked, fished, hiked, climbed, rafted or kayaked most of  Southwest Colorado. He has also owned part of it; in fact, Erin sold his lodging business in Ouray so he could pursue a career as a real estate professional. His experience in both owning and managing Colorado businesses is a valuable asset for clients who want to buy or sell any type of real estate in Ouray County.

As for his energy, Erin is the driving force behind the world-renowned Ouray Ice Park, Ouray Ice Festival and Ouray Trail Run. Ice climbing and trail running require endurance, careful attention to detail and the ability to read the terrain quickly under changing conditions. All these attributes serve Erin well when dealing with the complexities involved in purchasing high dollar real estate.

When he’s not selling and negotiating real estate transactions in Ouray County, Erin spends time encouraging his son Keegan, daughter Caeley and youngest son Carson to become what he is: an active participant in every aspect of the outdoor life.
